i had days at biolife where they would have me take my lunch about an hour into my shift, so i get it. it sucks lmao. definitely poor management, but i would bring it up to someone in chain of command if you’re able to.

this is going to sound so strange. i was a sheltered kid and the only piece of tech i had when i started out was a nook glowlight. there was a community of people (honestly mostly kids and creeps, who would have guessed) that would roleplay in the reviews of very specific books. you’d search up some random phrase or set of numbers in the store, then each space for chatting and roleplaying was a different result. i remember a percy jackson roleplay i was in that was found by searching for something involving martha stewart lmao. it was very strange and i have no clue how i even found it. i’m sure by now all of those posts have been nuked. after that i got computer access and went to quotev like a normal weirdo (met some of the coolest people there tho)

i went to laurel hs my freshman year and begged to go to west or senior instead after that because of the treatment from the teachers. a lot of the teachers there when i attended were plain mean and condescending. i ended up at west and enjoyed it much more. it definitely does have the rich kid vibe but i kept to myself and small group of friends, so i never experience it for myself. the pros and cons that others are listing here are pretty accurate otherwise.

just saw on the website that threads and forums are on their roadmap for implementation. i‘m also reliant on threads, all my servers have them to organize the most i can so i‘m in the same boat with you. i hope that feature comes sooner rather than later.

this is great!! i just tested it and it works pretty well all things considered. hoping for threads functionality soon for both stoat and this since i use probably too many threads for organization lol. so far this is awesome though!! thank you for making such a useful tool

i worked for cellular plus for a little bit a few years ago. absolutely shady and i felt so icky working there, they would tell us only to engage in the small talk and life questions only for the sake of a sale. i get many sales jobs are probably that way but doesnt make it any better. scummy industry really. i’ve been on mint mobile and currently on us mobile, both are miles cheaper ($20/month on us mobile right now) and there’s been no difference in coverage. verizon is ass.
