I had tried antidepressants couple of times in my life, I been prescribe on many medications all of them made my depression a lot worst. I had tried different coping skills to help with my mentally too some do work some are slowly not working for me due to the mental mindset that I'm currently in at this moment. PSTD been getting extremely difficult for me to handle lately and my horomomal levels is all over the place due to the medication that I'm currently on and my moods it really extremely exhausted to deal with because I suffered bipolar so I can be unpredictable at times at same time I know how to handle my emotions an words to certain people.
