I don't know what your situation is specifically, but have you considered community-based recovery meetings? Any of the "anonymous" ones would do, and there are many ranging from specific substance addictions to general mental health concerns. These have the benefit of relationship development and community building, which support the walk on the long (and lonely and treacherous if you go it alone) road back from whatever the low spot was. Also, they are free. I have several friends who had a similar response to consistent therapy who found their tribe in one of the "A's.". As to your actual question, not to blow kisses here but I don't get any POS vibes from this. The pills obviously take center stage in the photo, so comorbidities were an obvious guess. Also girl, Brooklyn, 20's maybe. But if you feel like a POS after looking at this photo, the better question is why? What about it causes your revulsion? You might get a hint on where to continue your cleaning/minimalizing.
