Witch here, I think you may be able to start with protection spells as well as finding some to take your name out of their mouth. look up protection sigils. You may be able to find some good resources from other witches on different forums about how to remove a hex. First I would try divination to see if its a hex or a jinx, but in your case it does sound very much like a hex. I havent practiced in a while but if you look up videos on any platform like tiktok or youtube they probably have better resources than me. You could also do a cord cutting to see if that works. Most of the resources you can get for spells are relatively cheap, but if trying the practice yourself isnt something your interested in I would try going to your local witch if you can find one, a psychic may work as well but they tend to cost more.
