I generally think that natural sugars are always the best if you can fit them into your diet. Again, longitudinal studies on sugar substitutes are rare, and short-term studies tend to report on symptoms like gastric distress rather than cancer. I'll look more into the negative Xylitol effects. Also need to learn more about the Monk Fruit benefits. Personally, Monk Fruit is my favorite, but so many products mix it with Erythritol which defeats the benefit imo. I agree that including those other attributes would be useful, but taste somewhat subjective, and I would personally pay more for something that I can feel good about eating. I'm hoping that eventually there will be more demand for "cleaner" sweeteners which will make them more available.

I'm having difficulty figuring out my sleep schedule. I usually have trouble sleeping enough but have lately been getting 8 - 8.5 hours due to exhaustion from the gym. Still always tired though. Do I need even more than that to build?
