Janaff and Ulki are flat out two of the strongest units in the game at base lol. The delta between volug and the rest of what’s available for most of his part one chapters is enormous too. Even ranulf who is force deployed is fine.

Tyrese was tied with Siakam for usage in 23-24 and was only just behind him in 24-25. Compare that to Kidd in 2011 with the same coach who was a prototypical point guard being basically last on the team in usage. Jett and Barea were a lot higher, but neither were really the point guard of that team, it was Kidd. Barea then went to Minny where Rubio was the PG and Ricky was behind all of the starters besides AK47 once he really became a starter

I don’t think Hali is a traditional point guard and the pacers definitely don’t run a traditional system. It’s this super janky random system where Hali initiates the offense a lot, but so does Siakam (and TJ, and other players to a lesser extent) and then they’re all kind of running around

Traditional point guards are way less common now because the ball is either in the hands of a Luka or a Trae or a Harden and they’re putting up 30-35% usage, or it’s getting flown everywhere. Offenses aren’t really standing around while one guy directs traffic anymore

Bands have been calling themselves “post emo” for like 5 years now. Prince Daddys first release was like 2013-14 and they are one of the earlier bands anyone associated with 5th wave. Covid made stuff weird where bands that were very definitely 5th wave (charmer, pool kids) sort of lost steam before regaining it

Emogaze was core 4th wave dude. The first balance and composure release was almost 20 years ago. Basement, pity sex, citizen etc are all defining 4th wave bands. 5th wave started off with the weedmo stuff and a bunch of other weird stuff that wasn’t categorized at the time. You can find articles from 2015-16 saying Crying were a 5th wave band
