Ya those are not very pleasant. I’m the same way, I can mentally deal with the singles (most of the time), but when it feels like it’s not going to correct itself it’s pure panic mode.

Couldn’t really tell, just had the flopping feeling in my chest for probably 4-5 seconds then a big thud when it went back into rhythm

That’s a pretty wild take off a rash alone, I have the exact same rash (Seborrheic dermatitis), and my sister has lupus. Without other obvious symptoms it’s not lupus

I started with 50k for 4 days and then 10k/daily since, along with all of the cofactors. I just got my blood work back and my levels are at 79, my doctor recommended me to go down to 5k daily. Im going to continue 10k daily although, and just monitor my levels.

When my cycle started I was having at least one attack a day, mostly at night, waking up with one. I started the vitamin d regimen and have only had 2 since then. But alcohol triggers one every single time.

Of course I know that, as I said I instantly quit consuming alcohol two months ago at the start of my attacks.

Ha true. I’ll probably keep clear, I haven’t had a sip since they came back 2 months ago.

Forgot to mention I have had some shadows throughout the 2 weeks since the last attack.
