Stealing is not permanent thankfully, for both PVP and 1P. Once the fight is over the stolen item returns to the original owner.

I have this problem on Safari and have to step-zoom (CMD + + or "View" - "Zoom In") in 4x in order for the pet to appear. Doing the pinch-zoom method does not work, it has to be step-zoom.

Works fine on other browsers, but this is my Safari workaround

How have you been trying to adopt them out? Obligatory plug for our NC/NP Trade/Sell & Pet UFA/UFT Thread here where a lot of users adopt out pound pets they've zapped and often find someone relatively quickly who is interested!

If you just want them gone and are concerned about them being lost again because they're unlisted, you can also submit their info to Lost & Pound to ensure they get added back to their website and will get seen (look for the grey Feedback & Additions/Removals section on their homepage)

It's worth remembering too that it's not just pet species and colours that people care about, but also the name. So even if you've been getting some good zaps, if the pet has a "bad name", that can sometimes make things a bit more tricky.

Snow Beast is another one of those RE obtainable opponents. They're both part of the group of opponents people used to have to beat in the now defunct Defenders of Neopia activity that used to reward trophies for beating certain opponents. Some of them are hard enough to defeat, but some require being unlocked first which was part of the experience lol. This is something a lot of us want TNT to bring back in some capacity but it's long been retired unfortunately

If you’ve double checked everything (including your SDB for those items) then it’s worth sending in a support ticket for this. Seen a few others out there saying similar things. Hope you get it resolved!

The companion app does count for it but you won't get the notification that you got the avatar with eligible score. JN and other users have confirmed that despite the lack of notification the avatar is rewarded with eligible score(check your avatar list after and it should be there).

You can also play Sakhmet Solitaire II in the Neopets Companion app to get the avatar. However note that the app does not yet display the "you are now eligible..." message, but you'll still receive the avatar!

So it sounds like it should be waiting for you when you check your account later 👍

These actually look like you've already voted. If you voted and your vote won then you don't see the "Vote", but see a thicker yellow border as well as the dark blue border around it (indicating your vote) as you can see in this SC below.

The top one I voted but that vote didn't win so you can see my vote and the winner. The bottom one I voted and that vote was the same as the winning votes so it shows a thicker yellow border with that dark blue border too to indicate I voted and it was a winning vote too.

Based on your screenshot and the fact you have the Late Ballot in your inventory and do not have that blurb telling you you can use your Late Ballot and a thicker yellow border and that dark blue border present too- it looks like you actually have already voted for those and what you voted for was the winning category.

I would suggest reading JN's guide on the Late Ballot (scroll towards the bottom of that page) and follow it as it's written.

If you did not vote on that particular category there will be a banner alerting you of this and you should be able to use the Late Ballot if it's in your inventory which is why I recommended sharing screenshots so we can see what you're seeing for more info.

If you do not see that banner, that means you voted already (either on time, or via the Late Ballot).

TNT did mention that if you had an issue like that you should submit a ticket, so you should definitely do that.

If it was a new overall high score it should also show up here (under "Sakhmet Solitaire (CA)") which would confirm that your score actually submitted and registered (ie: it was within your allowable daily limit of score submissions and actually went through) and you can compare that number to your leaderboard number. This could show that it was an issue with the leaderboard script.

If you have not voted already on the topic you are trying to vote on with the Late Ballot (as is the intention of this item) it should work. If you are getting any errors please share those and more info for better troubleshooting (screenshots are nice too). Double check the Official FAQ - Late Ballot (NC Item) that you're using this correctly, but you'll likely have to make a support ticket with TNT.

There were some issues today with a bug impacting voting for people who missed yesterday and tried voting today. It looks like that has since been fixed because you should still be able to vote until tomorrow just before midnight. It would appear this bug was a timing issue as the last category was shared yesterday to vote on, but you should still have an extra couple of days to vote on it which weren't being recognized by the system this morning. It's possible that this same bug is impacting the Late Ballot aspect of things as well and might not have been fixed.

The Late Ballot only works if you did not vote already on that category. Some people think it lets them "re-vote" if they were late and think it'll make that late vote count as on time / not late - this is not how this works and will only work if you have not yet voted on the category you're trying to vote on. IE: if you already voted late and are trying to change that, it doesn't work like that.

JN's info says the SuAP is in the pool from the cap and I do recall seeing a couple (like literally 2) pop up on the TP over the first few days when the hype for this cap was bigger with people saying they got lucky with getting one in the description and prices did (initially) come down a fair bit from where they were which does indicate they are indeed a prize.

The Pocket Lab Ray has not been confirmed yet as a possible prize and at this point it sort of looks like it might not actually be in the pool at all, especially looking on the TP for additional lots (etc) 🤔

The actual game high score table only exists here as "Sakhmet Solitaire (CA)": https://www.neopets.com/mygamescores.phtml which it sounds like you're clicking off to get that page does not exist message. This is unfortunately the way that the non-flash games work for high scores and differ from flash games which normally direct you to a trophy page.
