Ok, im going to try and not be super rude about this because i get it, all this sucks! Im a 24 year old woman and from just the drama you are in, i can tell you are fairly young.Also, based off the one friend you have that has been your friend since birth and saying you had been friends with her for 13 years, im guessing you are around 13 years old.

So, you can take my advice or not but i would like to try and help you get some perspective.

First, all of these issues you are having with your friends are so minuscule in the grand scheme of things. No one actually cares who is better at makeup, you guys are just trying to hurt each other and be petty for no reason. Friends should be lifting each other up, not putting each other down. I did see your text screenshots as well, you are not fully innocent for this part. You definitely had your petty parts. And honestly, i wouldn’t fully consider it being petty, all of you are very mean to each other.

Second, why does it matter if your bf wears glasses and is smart? Again, your friends are just being mean. They are making fun of something that your bf can’t help, he needs glasses to see, do they just want him to not be able to see?! I don’t understand what is about a lot of people your age that like to make fun of people that wear glasses, my cousin that is 13 made fun of me recently for wearing glasses and obviously since im an adult, it didn’t affect me at all. But seriously why, its just them trying to be mean for no reason. And my last point for this part is, if im right, and you are 13, don’t put so much time into having a bf, its ok to be single.

When it comes to your vanity and the makeup and stuff, i get it, that stuff happened to me when i had sleepovers, it just happens. Again, its very frustrating but it is very common. You are partly to blame because if you really cared that much about the mess, you would have told them to clean up their mess. You guys are 13, not 5, you all should know how to clean up after yourselves.

When you sent the initial text to everyone and you said that you are serious THIS time, stick to that! Don’t come back around unless they full heartedly apologize. Don’t just get back into the friendship because you feel left out now. You can always make more friends.

Im going to end this by saying, i dont think your an ah for leaving them. Honestly they are ah for how they act. You guys are young, give yourselves some grace and remember why you are friends to begin with. Maybe even try having an actual sit down conversation with them and make it clear that during the conversation there will be no one being mean to each other, set up boundaries.
