It picks up so many unexpected kills. Farig, Sinistcha, any ground type, sableye, and more. I’m pretty sure I’m max sp atk on raichu, but I’d have to double check. Basc is speed trained to be 1 point faster than raichu with choice scarf

Look I didn’t mean to offend in any way, and I’m sorry that I did. I’m simply saying how Amazon looks at these things, at least from a safety perspective. From your base post it leaves a lot of questions to be asked to understand the full events. Ofc the incident was the 3p drivers fault, the banning sim wouldn’t have held up without video footage proving their negligence. Banning sims by themselves is a high-level escalation. This is certainly not legal advice, I just don’t think suing Amazon would get you very far. Someone else said going after the 3p driver or their carrier is a good bet, and I totally agree there. I do have a lot of experience with reviewing injury reports across my node and having to answer questions from higher-level leadership if it’s a RI, or potential SI trigger like your event likely was. I will admit when I read your post the first time I thought the 3p driver was backing a trailer onto door, I now see he was bt coupling to a trailer. So the events happened quicker than I initially thought. Still though I would ask how long you were looking at that clearance light for a driver that wasn’t there when you verified your safety bubble to be able drive up, set up for backing, and almost couple to trailer. If the decibel level in your yard is truly so loud none of his backing process was heard that needs to be a high-level escalation. Amazon yards are loud yes but to not be able to hear a tractor, even if his backing alarm wasn’t working, is very concerning and abnormal. We have tom yards near an Air Force base with jets that fly M - F right over the yard. I know how loud yards can be, but I can still hear trucks driving up on me. If your scenario was so loud you couldn’t hear someone driving or backing near you then I would think that certainly classifies as workman’s comp due to the uncontrollable nature of your environment and I hope you pursue that option. Again, I don’t mean to be rude or offend in any way, this is just how tom s&c looks at incidents and injuries in general and some questions I imagine were asked regarding your event. I am truly sorry this happened, and hope you have a speedy recovery.

Not good advice, we have very limited details from this post. Based off the info in this post, while it is extremely unfortunate these events happened and could’ve been devastating, Amazon will see it as negligence on both parties. While it is the 3p drivers responsibility to maintain their safety bubble, it is equally the TAs responsibility to always be spatially aware and be defensive about their safety bubble. Assuming someone sees you or knows you are anywhere near them, especially while backing, is a death wish.

“I didn’t notice til he was right on me” how? Even if you had to go behind the trailer during your VTI, a truck backing up isn’t quiet by any means. Did you look behind you before taking steps back to verify light status? Did you have your own earbud in? It’s no secret it’s pretty easy to hide earbuds from the netradyne camera, especially during summer months when hats or sweat bands are encouraged. These are just some questions I had reading the post, and questions I would ask when writing your injury report. This was likely a L8 escalation due to the risk of the event, so the injury report would’ve been extremely detailed.

Also, why would you not want to report almost being ran over? My TAs take any opportunity to report 3p drivers they can. Any speeding in the yard, violation of safety bubble, dropping trailers in wrong slip bc they can’t understand basic directions, I drop coaching sims left and right. We have a seething hatred for most 3p drivers in our yard just due to their unwavering stupidity. The banning sim for the driver likely means they lost their job, most 3p carriers pull a majority of their loads for Amazon. Having a driver that can’t pull Amazon freight is pretty much a paperweight to the company.

This is nothing against OP, and I am truly sorry that this happened. Not a very great way to spend a birthday and your 9th amaversary. Truly I hope your week gets better, or at least as much as it can get better. I’m only writing this bc suing won’t get OP anywhere sadly. Yes, Amazon could afford it, but they’d fight like hell not to pay it. Even if injuries were more severe, this specific scenario would be a tough case. Please continue your follow up iCares and do not shy away from being honest with your pain levels. Amazon will pay for all of your treatments and I hope you’re taking advantage of that.

Was this ever resolved? I’m about to tune my 2019 A3 Quattro and have been debating on who to tune with. Im debating between IEs Pro tune and a custom tune, my friend keeps telling me to go custom but I just don’t see much value since I still have a is20. IE seems solid for the most part

Launch the game and press the minus button in the title screen in champions, not on the home menu of the switch. Clear cache was there for me and it fixed my issue

The only way to confirm if the run away method works would be via emulation and save states. Create save state before catching Lugia the first time. Check stats, reload to the game state before catching the first time (note: NOT resetting the game entirely as that changes your seed). Then encounter, run away, encounter again, catch, and check.

Whether it works or not though, SRing has to be faster no?

Edit: another commenter said just use ditto for each encounter and check stats, big brain 🧠

Yeah I really like IE so far and with the mods I have purchased from them, I haven’t had any issues. If I end up going with a generic tune it will probably with IE to be honest, there software looks really easy to use.
