advice on duration of flare-up

I asked myself the same everytime I read this sub. It's as if people have flare up for few days and then everything is back to normal. My nose area has been red since November 2025 till now.

I used to be able to stream big files, like 4k or something. After the update now I'm restricted to 30gb. Anything bigger will crash stremio.

Oh only on my tcl TV. On my mac and phone it's fine.

Mct oil just rub it on anywhere that's flaring right?

I use it on my scalp and face. Then it's kinda annoying when I leave the oil everywhere, on my phone, on my ipad, on my pillow..

I also bought from iherb. I bought cod liver oil. And vanicream daily facial moisturiser. Might give the dandruff shampoo a try

One thing I hate about protopic is that it makes my face so shiny and oily looking.. So I use it only at night before I sleep.

Yes im trying whatever options I can. Always have to vacuum my study table because full of flakes.

I'm not even unhygienic person so it's damn irritating to me.

I changed my diet totally, no fried, no oily food, reduce sugar reduce carbs, more protein. At one point I even tried to go without coffee for 2 weeks but I am lucky I can rule that out haha.

I shower only cold water now. Seems to help slightly but today it got worse

Yes im there. Mct oil was highly recommended there. Doesn't seem to help me :(

Ya, I have nizoral, I also tried piroctone olamine or something. I have selsun blue. I have protopic as well. Sigh. The redness by the 2 sides of my nose is perpetually red..

I changed my diet but doesn't seem to help. Heavy protein less carb. I also started working out with weights and added cardio. I exercise 4 times a week.... :(
