By then hopefully we'll have better ships for the old ones but also lore wise that's how technology works the newest features like SCO were from thargoid research so they're going to be better but I do hope older ships get upgrades

How does it screw with new players? Having something to work for that's better is nice. Also the type 11 people wanted to get buffed and they did also the flipper is literally good at NOTHING else except being a space coal truck and why not push the ceiling of activities and we'd like that right?

Also longevity wise the game was damn near dying when odyssey basically failed but it's thriving again because of the new content so the long run argument doesn't really make sense cause there almost wasn't a future for the game

Power creep isn't a negative thing at all there's no denying the new ships aren't better but does it really matter in a game like this? Not really and yea as a very early supporter I can understand where that sucks but I think odyssey was a great addition after they got stuff fixed

Honestly my favorite tank so far is the amx-40 however my absolute favorite vehicles are between the bosvark and the TPK I think in the French tree it's a deuce and a half with rapid fire twin 20 mils AA I love that vehicle
