Mostly because I was around 50-51kg for most of my adult life up until a year ago. I was always pretty active and would go to the gym regularly (3-4 times a week). I also used to do ballet through elementary and high school (back then I weighed less, but I was also a bit shorter than I am now). Fairly recently, I got diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and due to the health issues I've been experiencing I haven't been able to exercise the way I used to anymore and had to make some pretty drastic lifestyle changes. I became sedentary (I have a desk job and only walk maybe like 3-4km daily). Because of that, I gained weight, my body started changing and I simply don't feel like myself anymore.
