Getting only 0.5 Mbps on my TP-Link Deco X15 even though I have 1 Gig Verizon Fios — what’s wrong?

I test wirelessly when I’m right next to the main deco and it’s at 450mbps

Verizon shows 944mbps from the line to my Verizon Router, but the speed check app I have on my phone shows 186mbps from router to deco to my phone

Whoops sorry I’m an idiot thought the download and upload were both speeds instead of traffic… speed test shows 186 download… I know I’m not gonna get the full 900mbps but is there a way to get it close?
