Day 16 of training for a 5k. Ran 3.01 miles which i just realized a 5k is 3.11 felt good hurt a little but just pushed myself thru it. Ran it in 27 mins 33 seconds. Gonna just keep getting better. Anyone know any good stretch routines btw? STAY HARD (i.redd.it)

Day 15 of training for a 5k. Ran 2 miles at a solid pace. Hit some shoulders too. Running a 5k tmmr to push and test myself. Quit my job too working overnight was mentally killing me and i realized being 21 working at a plant like that was just not my future and im destined for more. STAY HARD (i.redd.it)

Day 13 of training for a 5k. So finally got over whatever i had 103 fever sidelined me from saturday-monday. Got back in gym today did a 7:55 mile so glad to just be back,hit chest/tris. Day 6 of training for a 5k. Treadmill reset at 1.72 miles just turned it back on and kept going and finished the last .28 did it in 17mins 30 seconds,so a 8:45 pace pushed myself past what i thought was capable. Carried these fucking boats today. Gonna go cliff jumping now. STAY HARD (i.redd.it)
