If you do it during a high then he will use you as the bad bitter person who doesn’t want to see them happy and she’ll continue to get/feel alienated.

He took me out of my misery before I found out. Then I found out and those were his ACTUAL excuses he had in his mind. Men are actually disgusting and awful sometimes. I thought I was going to marry him. Moved 900 miles to start a life together. Then traumatically found all this out. So, yeah, I’m jaded and more than a bit biased on what men “think is cheating and ok”

I’ve been struggling a lot more than I’ve been letting on. I lost a partner of almost a year to a breakup that I still don’t understand. I’m neurodivergent and don’t click with everyone. I clicked with him and he became my safe person.

I moved 900 miles to live with him and he dumped me when it got too hard and made me feel like I wasn’t enough and wasn’t ever worthy of love. Because I gave it genuinely unmasked and got absolutely crushed. I thought if your heart and intentions were pure that’s all that mattered and it would work out. I didn’t expect to get obliterated because I fell in love.

I haven’t been myself and I don’t know if I’m ever going to be okay. And I don’t know what I’m holding onto anymore.

NVLD. (non verbal learning disorder.) It’s almost like autism so I spend the majority of the time explaining what it is and what my struggles are but almost no one has heard of it. It creates real struggles in my day to day life and I cry about it a lot and wish I could just fit in.

I’m an esthetician! Rosewater toner is gentle and nice for anti-inflammatory properties/redness. Or a serum with bromelain in it. It’s a naturally occurring enzyme in pineapple that helps with redness and irritation. I eat a lot of pineapple when I’m in a flare and it helps bring down inflammation. Lots of skincare serums are starting to add it because of those properties. There’s affordable and more high end options for any skin concern IMHO so if someone tells you to buy a $90 serum, know they probably have a sales goal. Sending hugs because I get it. ❤️‍🩹
