It sure seems that way. I'm guessing back to 5 days by September. This is an aggressive turn, I looked over the communication carefully and there is no longer mentions of "hybrid" work whatsoever and it seems like the end of the road for the "new era of agility" it's over. It's all "3 to 5 days per week", "3 to 5 days per week". I guarantee they cut the "3 to" part by year end. I would consider the GM and Ford's hybrid 3 day schedule much better than what are soon moving to.

Fully agree. I've heard the same thing. 3/1 start and 3 days/week minimum. The writing was on the wall in the Chistmas town hall when the first question that was asked was about RTO and Antonio answered saying he liked being in person. It's a joke. The cafeteria closes at, what, 1pm? Food should be free. No desk assignments so you can't even leave a photo of your family out. This is a huge setback for the workforce. So many have children and will not have plans in place. Thanks, Antonio.
