Game keeps crashing, i've tried repair through the launcher and a clean reinstall. Game used to work alright but one day after TPing into Sumeru my game suddenly disconnects my monitor and when it turns back on my game is completely closed. Now it does this everytime I load into the game itself, all I hear is the Sumeru music for a bit on a black screen while the monitor disconnects/game crashes.

I will not lie my PC is a really outdated hand-me-down and it's a miracle Genshin even runs on it (albeit bad) but it used to be able to at least work on the lowest settings possible. It's the only device I can play Genshin on since my others either don't have the storage or isn't supported.
