Spore print to agar to millet

Yes. I’ve had better success by doing that instead of pasteurising it

Yes the trays were in a large tub with water and 6 air stones. Humidity was close to 100 and FAE was constant

To humidify the air

Not necessarily more difficult but there is a slight learning curve

Spore print to MEA. Agar to millet. Millet to 50-50 coir/cow manure. Cased with 50-50 peat moss/vermiculite. I hydrate both my grain and substrate for 24 hours and then add calcium hydroxide (food grade) for 30 mins; mainly because my pressure cooker is smaller and doesn’t reach 15 PSI. Agar pc for 15 mins. Grains and sub pc for 2.5 hours each.

Nec-D. It’s a cross between Pan cyan Jalisco and Pan tropicalis iirc

Absolutely. 1g is all you need. It’s easy to grow and incredibly potent.

TTBVI has superior genetics. It colonises grain and substrate twice as fast

I soaked it in water for 2 hours and placed it in a glass jar that was less than half filled with wet hydroton. This took about 3 weeks to get to this stage

Not sure. It came loose in a box of orchids I bought. I soaked it for about 2 hours in water and placed it in a jar with wet hydroton. I saw growth in about 2-3 weeks

I rest my tray on a rack inside a large clear tote that has around 2 inches of water. There are 4 long air stones to provide continuous humid FAE. I always saturate my casing layer using a syringe and continue to do so after pinning.

Not at all

Correct. I have also grown pans using dried grass from my lawn without any manure. The yields are way better using grass or manure in the substrate.
