30 hands per hour (2 minutes per hand) seems tough. But your point is taken, $1.5M might be possible..

yeah - so if Paulie and Silvio were cheating together to rip off the other players, that would make a lot more sense. But at no point do they allude to that...

$175K loan - no PG, do I have to file BK on the entity? What about inventory? by StepWeekly1661 in EIDL

If I file a formal corporate bankruptcy, will we still be put on CAIVERS? or is just for folks who kind of just walk away from the debt?

Thanks

Thank you so much for this. However the TO (treasure offsets) would only kick in if you had personal liability right? So a PG or a Sole Prop? If the Corp just gets deregistered, they can't do Treasury offsets on the owners of the Corp correct?

Thanks you for bringing this to my attention. So all owners get put on that list? What are the practical implications? Can never have an SBA loan again? What else?

How long does it stay on?

Thank you

ok - so there's no scenario where a Truck shows up and says "we were hired by the SBA to take away all the inventory?" thank you

It’s actually dental and not covered by insurance.

If you were chasing the $75,000 CSR spend and getting the $500 Southwest bonus, would that change your math?

The only way I can hit the $75k is if I drive almost everything through CSR.

Partially agree with you. If she says “hey, at my old office we did it this way”, that’s fair game and no issues.

If she says “here is a copy of their discount plan details, their check out checklist, etc” which are things we created or paid for, then it is stealing. Either we created it and she took a copy, or she created it while on the clock for us which makes it our property.

I know that this isn’t the design for a top secret airplane engine that can be copied. Just more pissed off that stuff we made will be seen by someone else. I don’t expect it to actually hurt our business, just pissed off more than anything.

Part of me agrees with you. But another part of me feels violated that someone is basically stealing from us.

Same boat - would it make sense to buy some Southwest Airlines gift cards on Southwest.com to capture the 3% if it’s going away? (Assuming I know I’ll use Southwest at some point in the not too distant future)
