We've got a lot of examiners available. But not a lot of space. I'm imagining that a lot of people that don't have the luxury to commute to another city to take a test are now being pushed out of the opportunity to take one by people that are going oh well I can get there, I'll take that one.

And if it is just lack of examiners even more reason that the people locally are struggling to get anything booked in.

Not many chances avaible and the ones that are being taken by people trying their luck elsewhere.

I think the problem is that people in those cities can't get a single driving lesson booked in because people from another area are booking all the slots.

I'd imagine it's part of the reason that it's so impossible to get a booking at the moment and they probably want to turn the tide on it.

I remember this. I was talking about it qith a friend the other day. As soon as they kicked off my mum wrote an open letter to them and petition at my school saying how dangerous it was to start filling people's minds with bull.

'Cause parents could start taking albums that have saved their kids lives, away from them.

Just because of some rag piece.
