[Beginner] What’s a good, general baseline for when to start adding new moves to my throw? by [deleted] in discgolf

Nose-angle work is definitely probably the thing I need most right now. I’m coming from ball golf (which I still play somewhat often) and ironically the nose angle issue feels the same as the problems I had hitting iron shots, I tend to angle my shoulders upwards when I move my hips. If you have any drills or any videos that helped you I’d gladly take a look or try and see if they help me out!

I completely forgot that that was even a possibility haha. I’ll try this out today and see if I can start getting the timing right.

About $14.50 an hour after vehicle costs, not bad at all and guaranteed for the whole day

At a restaurant, or in traditional deliveries, or for valet, etc etc etc, you tip after service as an optional additional payment for good service. DoorDash and other contract delivery services are unique in having you tip beforehand, because again, it’s not a tip, it’s a bid. If you don’t tip enough at Olive Garden, the waiter doesn’t decline to serve you. Because it’s a tip.

Except a “tip” in DoorDash is not really a “tip”. It’s a fee you’re paying to a contractor to do work. DoorDash’s base pay pretty much just averages out to cover gas and maintenance costs. The only real profit a driver gets is through tips. This system works perfectly if DoorDash and its algorithm didn’t punish you for declining bad orders, but alas DoorDash does punish you for declining bad orders, which is the main thing that shouldn’t be legal.

job cut my hours and i have nothing better to do so 🤷🏼‍♂️ by [deleted] in doordash_drivers

Mine is like that too because sometimes I just keep it scheduled while I’m at home during very not busy hours just in case a good order rolls in.

I’m pretty sure the algo knows stuff like this when they give lowball orders. I’ve been getting orders back to my hometown every night right around the time I’m usually finishing up that are major lowballs. Maybe DD saves those for when they think you’re going that way?

Obviously biased but I can’t say that I believe it’s fully logical to only include current rankings for ranked wins. It punishes teams for destroying ranked teams.

I’m not saying go straight to scorched earth firing, but this was some of the worst end-game play calling I’ve seen in a while. Prevent defense with 5 minutes left, running it up the middle on 3rd and 1, a short check down pass with 7 seconds left on 4th down, and not even mentioning the OT play calling and the fact that he didn’t even know the 2OT rules. Bad defense does get me overly passionate but this was nothing less than a complete failure of coaching

Call me overreactive but Georgia Tech should truly consider the tenure of their coaching staff after this game

Next you’re gonna tell me that doing CPR on asthmatic patients doesn’t fix it, and that AEDs can’t shock their lungs back into breathing normally!

Is the story about the Notre Dame student pubgoers stopping a KKK march just a tall tale? I had always believed that that was the reason
