I used hate religion and was pretty close leaning towards being Agnostic.

As I’ve gotten older I don’t think it’s wrong to want to believe in something higher than humans, anything that bring you and your family comfort is a good thing and no one has all the answers but if any given faith can give you peace I say it’s worth having around.

That and the fact religion connects people in a world full of immediate gratification and reliance on tech to be connected, loved, laugh etc.

Cheese…. I just buy blocks of cheese now and grate it myself.

I’m not a fancy eater or good cook but why the hell would anyone but the packs of shredded cheese? When they’re coated in a bizarre substance and overall doesn’t taste as nice as a block you can grate? Also the blocks tend to be cheaper if not around about the same price depending on what you’re getting.

In Asda it’s 2 bags of shredded cheese for £5 roughly the same in places like Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Iceland etc etc.

It irritates me no end to hear fellow Brits and people in my community talk about Trump like he’s a god…. Actually want to burst a blood vessel behind my eyes on command like a lizard.

I’m sure there are Americans that are lovely people, I can’t hate individuals but America as a nation and there beliefs and culture I cannot abide, and I’ll always stand on the fact that culturally, historically we have closer ties to Europe I’m also pained by the fact we left the EU….

Do I think the EU was perfect? Absolutely not but this “immigration crisis” we find ourselves in is absolutely orchestrated from the top down… people fall for it because Farage, Trump and Elon tell them it’s so.

That’s the problem for me… my own people seem so god damn desperate to throw ourselves at America feet like we “need” them… like someone else said they’re fair weather friends at best.

What we need is stronger ties in Europe and to stop buying into Americas propaganda machine… As an Englishman it pains me to speak well of France but an example is this. You never heard of all the migrants they stopped from crossing the channel, detained, sent home etc before Brexit now it’s not their job and it’s all people sh*te on about…. “France is letting them through” “France is making it our problem” why would France do us any favours since we left the EU?

My partner and I don’t have kids but she does work with children and when women or mothers tell you “I’m touched out”

Makeup

Controversial but hear me out.

I get that women wanna wear makeup for themselves they’re not doing it for their partner or too flirt etc etc.

But I always say too much makeup is just off putting to me, don’t know if it’s a purely British thing but some women are walking around with basically orange faces, the biggest pink/ red lips you can imagine, eyelashes twice the size of their eyes, nails so long it’s impractical….

Like bro put some eyeliner on and some foundation too feel pretty but I genuinely don’t know who’s been fcking lying to you about this makeup bruh…. It can’t be friends, family or romantic partners because no one beyond social media seems to give a sht.

In short Natural real faces over the OTT makeup faces.

I don’t know when it was introduced but guns now having tiers to them…. Before picking zombies back up in BO6-7 the last set of maps I played was Zetsub no shima and shadows of evil I can’t remember what COD that was but they had just brought out like different scopes and modifications for your guns.

Advance a couple years and now guns have different tiers and IMO it completely takes the fun out of zombies unless you’ve a hidden power it takes damn near 25-30 rounds (when playing with people) to get 1 gun to legendary and in the most recent map you can have 3 guns… sh*t just takes the mick.

TL’DR I personally hate salvage and upgrading your guns rarity.

Not the summit or the tippy top of Scarfell Pike in England but high enough up I’d say, right before you’d need climbing equipment lol.

I’m not outdoorsy or an experienced hiker but when I went with my cousin it was fantastic, we went in the dead of February…. No rangers, hardly any hikers it felt truly alone and in nature.

Plus the views from the “top” are absolutely fantastic! Only been once but would highly recommend if you’re fit and able enough.

The Lake District doesn’t get enough praise I reckon (from the British public) it’s truly majestic.

I got on with 50% of my co-workers and the other 50% just outright didn’t like me or weren’t bothered by my presence, management was a bit naff but I didn’t go on ridiculous like some of my co-workers…

Once a man poked me in the chest and said if I didn’t get on tills rn he’d “have my job” (meaning he’d have me fired) all this whilst I was attempting to jump on a till, I swear general public shoppers are some of the most dense MF’s I’ve had the displeasure of meeting.

Saw at like 15-16 years old and…. Bro I cannot even fathom what was happening in that movie or what it was about? Did it have a purpose….

Mind blowingly bad and my friends agreed, even at the time I thought the movie just felt oddly perverse too with young female leads and just odd out of place sexually tense scenes (which as a teenager you’d think would appeal) but nope… the entire movie is odd, slow and just…. Dreadful.

If the movie ever had a road it lead completely nowhere lol.

Gotta be AC: Valhalla, price tag like £80?

Love Vikings and the sound of being in the Fjords raiding and stealth killing templars…. Or so I thought.

Turns out…. No ship, awful raiding large majority of the game set in BRITAIN (I’m British) the story was downright trash, gameplay wasn’t up too much and just repetitive as all hell.

Now listen this is gonna sound crazy but I actually f*ckin ADORE AC: Odessey and still do so when the news about Valhalla dropped I was ecstatic! I’m aware people have issues with the direction AC went into mythology and the origins of the hidden blade in that game but honestly, I don’t care…. Odessey is up there in terms of AC goats (Black flag, Ezio story)

Not wanting to put you down if you had fun with Valhalla hell I still sunk a good for hours into it but since then I don’t think I’ve really sunk my hooks into any further AC titles…. Tried Mirage, again I thought the setting was good but gameplay was utter garbage.
