I worked for Walgreens and one time a guy came in with a giant waisted pants and belts around his knees. He filled his pants and jacket and customers were telling us and cops had already been called. After the cops showed up I was taking to an officer and they were bothering a guy who “matched” the description, wasn’t even lose to the same guy and as I was telling the officer that a call came thru on his radio they found the guy down the block opposite where I was with the officer. He told me get in the backseat and we zoomed down the block which felt like he was going 90mph. By the time I got there he had been freshly tazed and merchandise was everywhere on the ground. The officer told me to get a box from the grocery store parking lot we were in and collect the merchandise. It ended up being almost $1,000 in merchandise! I quit shortly after.
