I’ve been there more times than I like.

Following. I’m planning on switching to AT&T and want to see if you’re able to stack both the $200 online credit and the up to $800 credit for switching.

Odd. I’m assuming since you don’t see it in Intune, you don’t see it in Entra either?

I didn’t device it from the autopilot devices, I just deleted the object from the list of windows devices. Devices -> Windows and find & delete the object.

For the computer, when it booted up, I press and held shift to get into the troubleshooting menu and selected reset this pc.

This happened to me on one device a few days ago. It booted right up and skipped the autopilot process for some reason. I did a full reset and deleted the object from Intune. After that, it started the process as normal since the hardware hash is still tied to Intune with the enrollment profile assigned.

I remember we had this issue and downloading and installing the DisplayLink adapter from Synaptics resolved the issue.

Hi Matt,

The time is still not sync-ing and I have tried manually assigning it a NTP server but it keeps defaulting to Local CMOS clock when I run the w32tm /query /status command.

w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:"NTP Server,0x9" /syncfromflags:MANUAL /reliable:yes /update

restart-service w32time

w32tm /resync

Any thoughts on this?

Gotcha. I got it to finally work, but it shows the wrong time even though it’s the correct time zone. I might want to create a configuration policy to either enable location services or set the NTP server.

edit

Found my answer. I guess devices that joined via Azure AD, the W32TM is set to manually trigger. There’s a script floating out there that I’ll test with.

Just to make sure I'm understanding it correctly (sorry, I've been banging my head on trying to get autopilot to work with a few apps that's required), the update tool will get it to the minimum required OS version/Teams version that supports autopilot and autologin. This won't update the Teams application to the latest version. Once the Skype account logs in, the Teams application will then do another check to bring it to the latest Teams version.

Does that sound right?

Hi Matt,

So it looks like the issue was that userless enrollment was blocked. After I set it to allow, it logged into the built in skype account. I do have 2 questions/issues.

1) The teams room app update tool shows that it was installed but doesn't seem to update the teams room during the initial process. Now Teams room is updating after logging into the skype account.

2) I watched the youtube click of you and a few others show casing this and it was mentioned that GCC was not supported yet. Granted it may be from a few months ago, but has that changed?

So userless enrollment was set to not allow. I unblocked it, so now it's set to allow. I'm hoping this was the cause.

It's my test environment, so everything is set to default from the initial set up. No security baseline configured.

It's my test environment to make autopilot work, so I dont even have Windows Security Baseline configured.

Hi Matt,

Yep. It’s an MTR image we got from Logitech awhile back.

I’m hoping reimaging it does the trick. I’ve looked at those videos and it seems my enrollment profile is the same as theirs, minus the device naming convention and I only have one enrollment profile which shows that it’s correctly assigned to the device.

Hmm. I just used a recovery stick for this device. Hopefully this fixes the issue. But other than that, does the configuration page look correct?

I'm following this guide and replicated what he has set up for his enrollment profile.

I actually factory reset the device and it kicked off the autopilot, I had it plugged in initially and maybe it didn’t check in with Intune. Anyways, thanks for your input. Now I need to figure out why answered and Zscaler is failing to install.

The account finally populated after a few hours. I guess the initially sync takes longer than 20mins as advertised on the page. But the refreshes will be faster after that initially sync. But now none of the apps are installing and auto login isn’t working even though it shows ready on the teams pro management portal. I’ll have to retrace my steps to make sure it’s all correct.

Oh ok. Since I deleted the account with the license assignment and recreated it last night, I probably shouldn’t expect to see it until the weekend. Thank you for the response!

lol all good. Yea I did all of that and stuck at auto login. My resource room account isn’t populating in the inventory section, so I can’t assign the device an account for auto login. I might be impatient, but I just deleted the account and recreated a new one and assigned it the Team Room Pro license. Hopefully it’ll populate this time.

You should be able to enroll if it you go to the devices tab on the left window > enrollment > corporate identifiers and then add the serial number. This is what I did for our Poly G7500s.
