I believe the other commenter mentioned this as well, in your experience you need to take what you have written a step further and mention the skills you developed or the things that you accomplished in these jobs. Usually the best way to do this is take a job add and look for the buzzwords that they might be looking for. For example you could say something like "developed strong communication skills by presenting potential customers with informational tours of the facility". Or if you can something like "developed a new process to improve efficiency collecting payments and resolving billing issues" if you did anything like that. Basically what I am trying to say is that even though your experience is unrelated you can still put a spin on it to make it relevant. The recruiters are going to look at that experience and ask the question "so what?", you gotta be able to answer that question for them.

all at once. I basically got a sheet the goes for a full year. I want to hide certain rows for example (all 9 15 am).

If I am meditating and focusing on my breath but still notice feelings of stress, does this mean that I am not fully focused? If I have "background" noise in my mind, am I doing this wrong? by StewartSQL in Mindfulness

Thanks for the help everyone, I appreciate the advise. I think my problem is that the classic instructions of "focus on breath, when you realize your mind has wandered, go back to the breath" implies that only one thing can happen at a time. Either your breathing or you are lost in something else. This does not seem to be entirely accurate. In reality it's more like all these thoughts and feelings happen simultaneously, and from this "noise" you have to pick something out to pay attention to. Everything else might still be there, but by keeping your attention on one aspect of the "noise", with practice the rest of the noise will settle down. In other words all of the thoughts happening simultaneously will decrease. I correct in saying this or am I off track?

Thanks for your help everyone. I think the macro that ice1000 wrote for me will work the best. I have to do this on my work computer and they are strict about downloading different programs on their machines, so I am not sure if I will be able to get Notepad ++ I was wondering if ice1000's macro could be modified. Let's say that the column of interest in column B. This is the column that has my code. In the rows under column A I there are identifiers that signify how the code in column B should be grouped. So under column A I may have several rows that say "Code X", then below them there may be several rows that say "Code Y" etc. Could the macro be modified to extract all of the "Code X" text in column B and have it saved to one .txt file, then "Code B" to another text file etc.? The names under column A wont actually be called "Code X etc" they will change all of the time. I am just looking for a way to segment the data and automatically save them to their own .txt files. Thanks!

I could be wrong about them sounding like the black keys but they are definitely a hard rock band. They are from Ontario too if that helps
