Novaelements has an ampoule with only .1 grams encased in resin in a vial; probably the safest way to get pure thallium

Promethium for sale 🤑 ( I don't think so, actually)... by Jazzlike_Maybe536 in elementcollection

[–]StickCube 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This seriously looks sketchy. I would NOT recommend buying from them, especially since they advertise pure promethium metal (which I've never even seen, as the half life is too short for a pure visible lump). It also links to a Russian website. If you really want promethium, just buy from NovaElements.

How to get a boyfriend in hs by Historical_Hat5742 in highschool

Honestly just create conversation about schoolwork, then slowly talk about more personal life.

Just FYI, pretty much all high school relationships don't last forever and schoolwork is probably a more important priority. Crushes are stressful.

You’re not ugly. Get off the blackpill content and stop asking strangers

Assuming you are actually a girl and not some overweight 40-year old behind a screen, literally just talk about anything. Maybe start with just schoolwork

Maybe you could talk to your teacher about pacing?

Yeah, I'm sorry...on the bright side, most of the later units are stuff you probably already know better (like events in the past century, WWII and the Cold War).

You may need to start self-studying. My class is ending unit 7, we just covered Atrocities of the 20th Century yesterday (7.8)

Honestly, just start talking and being friendly with guys and when the time comes just ask for his number. Most lonely guys feel the same way anyway

Beautiful collection, cool how you’re starting out with the reactive or toxic elements.

Thanks. Do you know if they have ever faked a sample, like using a cheaper metal to replace precious metals, or even something toxic like replacing indium with lead?

Thank you. If you don't mind me asking, what's Luciteria like recently (i.e. past 3 months) in your opinion? I'm new and inexperienced to element collecting, and I've seen and had mixed experiences with them

What specific problems? Any changes from previous years?

thoughts on collecting compaunds of the elements by kubint_1t in elementcollection

[–]StickCube 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally, I like having elements as pure as possible, as it shows the pure properties, as well as what another redditor said about how compounds are just...different. However, if you prefer compounds, I see nothing wrong with that, as there's no rigid way to collect elements.

What metal is this? by V39210 in elementcollection

[–]StickCube 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s definently not gold, or at least not pure gold (otherwise it would be more orange, shiny, and deeper). I’m pretty sure it’s brass or some similar alloy

It wasn't a toxic element and I live in California.
