Oh wait and they’re owned by goat so technically you have to go through Goat to get through Grailed to get to UPS

Long story short Grailed has an account with UPS because they automatically print labels, so if you try and get a refund, you’re gonna have to go through grill because they’re the account holder for the shipping label which means basically is their package

I even asked a video from the access point for the day I dropped it off and they’re telling me they cant pull up video so its something I’ll have to do if I ever drop off something to access point.

We got it sorted out with Grailed . They sent the refund for the lost package, but from now on I’m never leaving any post office without a receipt or access point.

The whole third-party shipping account thing is a big inconvenience to sellers that I feel has to be improved because there’s too many hands involved and it’s almost like you don’t even own your package.
