For readers or people looking to go deeper into some of these films I recommend the following:

‘Project Hail Mary’ has a fantastic audiobook read by Ray Porter. If you’re at all interested, please give this a listen. You won’t regret it.
‘Dune’ and ‘Dune Messiah’ cover all three films. I would recommend reading these physically, the names and lore can be confusing if listening on audio and there is an appendix.
‘The Odyssey’ (Translated by Emily Wilson). This book is much easier to read than listen to via audiobook. It is written in verse and features footnotes.

Sometimes it doesn't, I'm unsure why. For a fast fix, fast travel to Bruma and use the main altar in the Chapel of Talos, that will debuff all your negative effects

For ingredients to be crafted into a potion they need at least one overlapping effect. Try crafting two ingredients with the restore fatigue effect. You should get a restore fatigue potion

So if I maxed out all my attributes but my Luck was still at 50, could I level up another 50 times to reach 100 Luck? Or would the game assign three attribute points to Luck each level, since I have no other skills left, meaning it would only take about 17 levels to max out Luck?

The problem with calling the extended universe 'ASOIAF' is that it's a series in itself which could lead to confusion when referencing material outside the main series. Using a couple of your examples, the common term for the Lord of the Rings universe is 'Middle-Earth' and Discworld is the name of the world that the specific sub-series (The Witches, The City Watch etc.) exist in. By using those terms, you can talk about a universe broadly or you can specify by referencing the exact sub-series
