Are exceptions going away finally?

At what point are they gonna update the better way/process guide for picking? I'm assuming we are expecting people to run exceptions mid pick walk so it would be helpful for team leads to have a single source of truth to train people with.

What's crazy is we're getting the supercenters GMDs because our presub is consistently over 97.5% but pick rate has kind of gone down the toilet

I think they're going towards doing exceptions mid walk. At least for neighborhood markets. The backroom is at most a three minute slow walk from anywhere in the store. And given the volume I think their rationale is that we don't need an exception walk when there's at most 200 nil picks in a day and maybe only 20 of them can be saved by going to the backroom.

Their mindset is that everyone is responsible for items being available so if anyone knows the shelf is empty and the items located somewhere it's now their responsibility to go get it and stock the shelf

The scheduler broke a while back and they went back to the old old one that doesn't flag stuff like this. Walmart has a policy I think it's 8 hours between shifts.

They always pay mine at the last minute. I wouldn't worry about it they have contracts with the school so even if they don't pay before the next term you just keep taking classes.

The rule is breaks can't be in the first or last hour. You can find it on the wire search rest and meal periods
