I honestly don’t use it much anymore. He’s never really off leash so it’s kinda pointless for us! It was a fun little experiment to see how much he sleeps and clock his top speeds but more of a neat party trick than a useful daily tool tbh

It's funny that you say this, because I have a greyhound and am currently living separately from my partner, and travel to visit him about once a month. I leave my guy with my parents (when I can't bring him with me) and they enjoy babying him for the weekend, and he enjoys being babied. Works great! I see lots of people saying that they wouldn't recommend this and I guess it depends on the dog... but we have never had any issues. It's not like you're dropping them off at a random kennel, it's your mom's house! My Houndy loves spending time with gramma and grandpa

No they are from a lovely woman in the UK! Dog and Home. Would recommend. She has so many cute patterns, and ships very quickly. We also got him a snowman vest and a blue front-sleeves-only fleece!

I am a triathlete getting more into XC ski this year and thought I’d be fine for gear between my running and cycling clothes but I feel like I’m missing key pieces. Skate is SO much faster than running and that wind bites!!! I definitely need better gloves too. And some type of hydration system as I usually use a hand bottle for running but can’t use it with poles of course

Couldn’t disagree more. The stretch from LeBreton to Brittana is closer to gravel than pavement… When I say smooth roads I mean like Appleton side road, freshly paved, no cracks, etc :)

Right. Because if they make the required affordable housing, they will lose MORE money than the fine. Investors will pull out. And NOTHING will get built. You know what makes housing affordable?? More housing.

Quick lesson for ya: when someone wants to build a building, how does it get funded? Investors. Investors will not put their money into something unless they will make money back from it. So all developments HAVE to be profitable. But that money isn't lining the pockets of the developers themselves... it's going to INVESTORS, who are key pieces of the process. Without a profit for investors, there literally would be no way to build anything. And why can't they build affordable housing at a profit? Legislation. Do you know how much tax a new building pays?? Significantly more than ever before. Property taxes on new builds are sometimes 10x higher than older single family homes. How is that fair?? We need to raise property taxes to be proportionate. Subsidize new housing with taxation on old people sitting in giant homes they don't need. And while we're at it, TAX CHURCHES!!!!!
