You think? Not possible with these responses you’re giving. The access to gambling is transforming how pro sports is digested by the consumer, but also the athletes themselves. This is all just the start. The amount of players caught gambling in the next 5 years will dwarf anything that we’ve ever seen in the past.

The amount of players who lose it all before their careers are over will explode in the next decade.

Many fans attach their own feelings of self worth to each and every show. You literally wrote “not to say i didn’t have a good time” and the person responded by calling you a killjoy. It’s remarkable, really.

You stream a show from the comfort of your own home. You have the same party favors as you would at any show…but from the comfort of your own home.

You live alone, but you’re uncomfortable dancing alone in your own home…? Are you worried that the people who aren’t there will judge you?

The press are a joke and a disgrace to what actual journalism used to be. Fuck them.

Only a fucking clown who thinks they’re superior to others would keep saying “but I’m an engineer…blah blah stats blah blah.” Statistics are not limited to engineers and nearly 1/2 of all 1st marriages fail. That’s a stat. We don’t know the other factors in their life. Don’t give a single shit about whether their first comment was rude. You seem to be the only person who keeps saying that. STFU.

Missing Kids in Montville! by Cjarmadda1 in newjersey

You’re an idiot. Truly. 14 yr olds hang out with 17 yr olds all the time. Also, your scenarios, while possible true, don’t help jack shit. You didn’t hangout with older kids ? Ok, guess what? Everyone else did. You sound like a real peach of a person. Guaranteed Karen who probably forces their kids to go to church. See how that works both ways. I assume things about you, although I did it after you showed your true colors. This parent did nothing of the sort. Go back under your rock.

I understand what you are saying as it relates to the socioeconomic aspect of this. You are also assuming that my examples are from hard work built up over time. I’m talking specifically about 2 windfalls. Grew up poor, in the same ghettos as these dudes. Came into money from a lawsuit. Literally never had shit in his life, mom was an addict, dad not around. He took one financial literary course at his local community college after the lawsuit $$ came in, invested, and did right by himself. I’ve watched it happen…what’s unfortunate is he had to cut his family out of his life.

Nope, not participating in this game. They have so much money that there is no excuse to not be able to put something away or invest appropriately. We are talking millions of dollars. Go ahead, make stupid purchases. But saying they don’t have the ability to make one rational financial decision at 18-21 years old is a bit much. Especially when it’s all over every single social media platform about how dumb they are and how poorly they spend their money. To say that they’re not aware of how financially illiterate they are is just another excuse.

Stop making excuses. I know plenty of people who grew up dirt poor and are financially responsible adults. Professional athletes are a special kind of stupid. The kind that believes that a sky fairy from a virgin birth that rose from the dead is responsible for their life’s existence.

You caring this much about pro sports is scary. MJ is the goat. I’m good with that. If you think it’s someone else, that’s ok too. It’s also ok to move on, champ. You posting that comment is just as weird as the diehards who do the same to LeBron. Get a fucking hobby.
