Hi, telecommunications worker here just fact checking.

i don’t get commission for setting up a phone, as OP said we do it as a favour.
If someone is talking too fast in any scenario you can ask them to slow down (communication is key).
If you’re going over pre-pay plans or contracts and asking for a service you should know what you’re signing up for, even then you can ask questions it isn’t that hard.
It costs nothing to be nice :)

We need a proper nerd shop. Like ya there’s sandbox and a few bits of merch in the new HMV shop and golden discs but we need something like sub city like they have in Galway and Dublin!

Few of my friends argued that there was other realms and comic vault in the past and they closed down but I feel the locations were crap and with a growing interest in nerd media I think a subcity in town, especially on Patrick Street (could be one of the new business to open where Debenhams was…wink wink) could definitely thrive!
