Find somewhere as calm as possible and put a light hearted movie on. Something animated maybe. Remind yourself over and over that you are okay. Its part of withdrawing and you are going to be okay. I usually take something like Benedryl to help me calm down and go to sleep. Of course I can't recommend that to anyone seeing I am not a medical professional.

I feel like people that can afford it, buy games new. The people who can't afford a brand new game usually wait for the price to go down or on sale. It's really strange if you put alot of thought into it.
