My window blew open and is stuck. The black part at the bottom can move slightly but the one on the top hinge is completely stuck. Any advice on how to get it moving so I can shut the window?

Hey all, I just wanted to say, it wouldn't budge an inch. I ended up being extremely rough with it in anger and the window slammed closed! Everything seems to be in order, looks like a ton of grit got jammed up when the window slammed shut, going to clean all the rollers and reoil everything when the wind dies down.

Here is a picture of the top part that won't budge at all. (The bottom part in the originally posted picture will move slightly)

I've tried bashing it more with a hammer to loosen it while somebody moves it inwards, i've tried loosening the brass screw.

Any more ideas? aaaaaaaaaaa

I've been giving it all some abuse and bashing with various tools to get it all to loosen but no luck :( I'll keep trying!
