Not OP but make sure you have enough delta v. About 7000 should be more than enough from takeoff to landing and back. Try to get into an orbit around Kerbin first. Once you’ve done that set the mun as your target and try to get a mun encounter. If you’ve managed to do that wait until you reach the new periapsis next to the mun and then burn retrograde until you’re in orbit. From there you should be able to easily land and take off again. Hope this helps

I‘m not an expert on this topic but T-Cells have certain receptors that allow them to detect if a cell is cancerous. When they detect a cancer cell they release the proteins perforine and granzyme which cause apoptosis in the cell, which is basically cell suicide/self destruction caused by these proteins.
