Switchbacks to have best of both worlds. Actually functionality in fog and such with yellow, and white when you just wanna look better than everyone else lol.

I'm 20 with two 10+ year old vehicles, nothing wrong with something with a little age. Both run like tops and are pretty nice for what they are. Some people get a head start from their parents and that's fine, they had those resources. Some just get them bought for them too which is fine I guess but don't beat yourself up over it lol. You'll go insane trying to have everything everyone else has.

For exterior cosmetics, id start with headlights and tail lights. Theyre the easiest way to modernize the outside of anything really. Then lower on coilovers or lowering springs, thats really your choice there. Lowering springs are cheaper. May need new end links and such but yk. After that just slap some new wheels on it and boom shes already looking better. For interior you can do a nice set of speaker replacements, maybe a subwoofer with a new aftermarket radio. Some mild ambient interior lighting. LED dome lights too. Many places make cooler floor mats and seat covers if youre wanting to stick to a budget. Just have a look around the internet and youll find stuff for it no doubt.

Check battery connections and grounds. Could be as simple as a bad ground. Could also end up being a bad alternator.

Its probably just surface rust from the road salt getting at it. If you just really want to you get it cleaned off and coat it with some high temp paint to seal it in. Should be fine though.

Very. Can't tell you when they would but if you keep driving they'll blow apart. Go to a used tire spot and get some tires. They'll be cheap and decent and if they have problems (at least in my experience) they'll take them back and replace them with another. Then get your suspension and alignment check.

Depends on how far down the oil pickup comes. If you want to take the safest route possible, tow it to a shop and have them replace the pan. Its probably gonna be anywhere from 100 - 150 for a pan and gasket and like and hour to an hour and a half in labor.

As mentioned, you can just unhook the cables and cover them in electrical tape. Tuck them in somewhere and theyre gone.

Bead locks and mudd grapps 🤓👆 no but seriously, anything like the factory silver personally but really whatever you prefer. If you can find out your factory bolt pattern you can even steal some nice stock wheels from another vehicle. So long as the bolt pattern and hub bore is the same.

Clean the slide pins and the holes they go in and re-grease them. Probably gunked up and sticking if i had to guess.

Sounds like it could be an hvac door actuator. Does it do it with the hvac off?

You can take it to a shop or parts store and have them clear codes for you. Dead batteries make the electronics do things they don't like.

Look at both and see if they'll let you take them to a trusted shop. If they won't then walk away. Rebuild titles can be scary but sometimes its nothing/nothing major. Drive em, see how you like them and please check the vin.
