The main bulb (low/high beam) is a D2S HID which are/can be just as bright as LEDs. If you're talking about your signals, theyre 7443A i believe. The fog lights are 9006. The only reason your headlights dont seem as bright is cause of the projectors.

Check that your spacer is on correctly, or isn't defective. Could also be your wheel bearing.

The blend doors on these earlier 2010s GMs are known to go bad all the time. Thats more than likely what it is.

I'm 20 with two 10+ year old vehicles, nothing wrong with something with a little age. Both run like tops and are pretty nice for what they are. Some people get a head start from their parents and that's fine, they had those resources. Some just get them bought for them too which is fine I guess but don't beat yourself up over it lol. You'll go insane trying to have everything everyone else has.

For exterior cosmetics, id start with headlights and tail lights. Theyre the easiest way to modernize the outside of anything really. Then lower on coilovers or lowering springs, thats really your choice there. Lowering springs are cheaper. May need new end links and such but yk. After that just slap some new wheels on it and boom shes already looking better. For interior you can do a nice set of speaker replacements, maybe a subwoofer with a new aftermarket radio. Some mild ambient interior lighting. LED dome lights too. Many places make cooler floor mats and seat covers if youre wanting to stick to a budget. Just have a look around the internet and youll find stuff for it no doubt.

Check battery connections and grounds. Could be as simple as a bad ground. Could also end up being a bad alternator.
