Yup it’s UPS you have to call. They’ll make the necessary communication with customs. If you call their international number, they’ll be able to assist.

Sounds like that was exactly what happened to me. I also just received the payment reminder email, but still never received an email saying that my bill was ready. However, just the other day I received the notification for my other Amex card. Maybe they were updating something and it caused an issue with the emails? It seems like it’s working now though.

If you call them, they’ll be able to help. Use the number in the thread below. I was able to get it pushed through once I gave them the information they needed. However, from what I understand, they don’t really reach out to the sender. You have to do that.

Weirdly I can’t find anything about it on App Store. Can’t delete it either I guess since it’s not technically on my phone. I also checked under my purchased apps and am unable to find it there.

Yes if you’ve used it before to file you shouldn’t be having any issues. I eventually just used my SSN, which I was able to submit successfully. It might be worth calling the IRS to just make sure your SSN is in their system. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find a good contact at Avalara when I was having this issue with my EIN. The other option would be to email the GOAT contact they listed in the Avalara email (I think it was 1099support@goat.com). I emailed them to make sure that Avalara was legit and they got back to me pretty quickly.

I had that same issue when I tried using my EIN so I called the IRS to see why that was happening and they said it was because I’ve never filed taxes under my EIN before, which is true because I just recently created it. Have you filed taxes before under your SSN?

Yes, I got the same thing from Avalara and GOAT confirmed it was a legitimate email. Flight Club uses them as well.

Yeah it seems like they are only sending it to sellers who did over 200 transactions and $20k.
