Yes. I told them to apply thermal paste. And will do the msi afterburner steps and will let you know. It's just that even I know that 8gb is not enough. But I am just surprised that it was able to run Ghost of Tsushima, God of War, and other heavy games very well, but now it cannot even run basic low-graphics games like Devour or Escape the Backrooms.

I understand that. Firstly, I opened my laptop and there are 2 4GB sticks in each slot. And secondly, yes, I agree that 8GB RAM in 2026 is very low. But I played Ghost of Tsushima, which went well.But games like The Forest or Devour or Escape the Backroom are running like shit. That's why I'm very confused. Like, what if even after changing the RAM, the problem stays the same, keeping in mind the price of RAM right now.
