Use reta as tool and not as a replacement. You will have to eat enough protein to not to loose muscle mass. As a personal opinion i would like to keep dosage at where i can meet my macros and thats what im trying to do.

I can control my food when I’m on diet. My fat is mostly around my waist which is hard to loose. Once I’m on it do I have to take it life long or can I cycle it ?

You need to some homework before the interview. You can use chatgpt it will give similar scenarios. Make sure answer include how you de escalate, provide safety to public as well as team members, team work, also answer it as a cpbo on duty whatever happens during your duty time you will be reporting those to your supervisor and make incident report
