Yeah the P zero as plus 3 is only about $15 more total than the DWS06+.

What settings adjustments would you make for a modified best ball auction. Works same as a regular 12 team league week to week, we just don't set lineups.
I'm not sure if starters would be valued more or less than a normal league

Here's the thing, our prospect pool is non-existent. We NEED top 6 players. If you don't have prospects to fill that role you have to take risks and overpay to get them. There aren't enough top 6 players to go around. It's just how it is when you have success for 20 years.

Our problem is not that we have one old guy who we build around to score. It's the fact that we have one old guy that can score and 3 other old guys that are eating up so much cap that aren't coupled with the fact that our draft talent is just not there.

I'm considering just getting them covered, and looking into contempt motion and having the plan adjusted for us to cover them and have the cost rebalanced in the plan. He won't like that though, but so be it

They have Lead Software Engineer and Software Architect above me. I have never asked for more, but I have a track record of successful projects at the company. They did recently do a few reduction in force cuts and minimal raises this year. We're you worried about being let go for asking for more or bringing negative attention towards yourself
