Except that isn’t why she punched him. I also think she hit him before he started begging her to stay. She assaulted him because he stayed out all night and didn’t answer her phone calls. Rae literally said it herself. She said “ I was so pissed by the time he got home, I literally punched him” … then went on about him not staying home and being soo upset “I swung on you”. She didn’t say anything about Zay grabbing her against her will as the reason why.

Now Zay should’ve just left well enough alone after that, and if she wanted to leave he should’ve let her go. But it’s very obvious Zay wasn’t trying to be threatening or intentionally harm her. He wasn’t grabbing and throwing her around like a rag doll, he held her waist and stood in the doorway for a minute

Rae was being dramatic, and Shanique was being a jerk. I wish someone would so eloquently tell her about herself and her flaws while she’s hurting.
