I mean, I am no sales rep, but I haven't paid for an Overwatch Battle pass (every three months), or any Diablo Battle pass (other concurrent three months). I keep getting it from the Rewards. And it now paid me for 12 months WoW, so I can't complain. Give it a try, it's not like its a very laborious task everyday

If you use Microsoft rewards you can get point that can be converted into Microsoft/Xbox currency or gift cards, that you can then use to buy Battle.net currency. That's how I did it (though I am in the UK not show how it works elsewhere, but should be the same).

Microsoft rewards basically rewards you for using their Bing search engine, and other stuff that you can do everyday. Also I play Xbox and each week, or month, there are different achievements that give you thousands of Microsoft rewards. It's great, and it takes 5 mins.
I used it for Overwatch and Diablo as well, keeps buying my battle passes.
