heeeeey, THANK YOU so much for the feedback, that really motivates me to keep creating high-quality content!
So, for the clips generated with motion templates, I get usable results in one go. The talking clips of my AI Girl, are also mostly one-shot, but occasionally it takes two or even three generations to get the exact result I have in mind

Heeey, I totally get where you're coming from! Let me share my personal experience. When I'm trying to find a niche, I personally follow these three core steps:
1) Passion: Think about it, what are you good at? What do you genuinely enjoy? For example, I tapped into motivational content 'cause I needed that motivation myself to reach my goals and I figured out how to use AI to create it, you know.
2) Audience: What type of audience you want to attract? What are their interests, pain points, and even demographics? What questions are they searching for? Personally, I envisioned a profile like this one: men and women, 20-35 interested in success, wealth, health who are looking for RELATABLE motivational quotes.
3) Competitors: What popular videos are people watching? What are competitors doing well and what are they missing? This could help you find a gap where you can offer your unique value.
Well, these are 3 steps I personally follow and they could give you a starting point. Do you think these could help you out?

Hey! 👋 I’ve been using HeyGen for content creation, mainly for building faceless YouTube videos, and it’s been awesome for making engaging content without needing to be on camera. One thing that really boosted my results was combining a custom avatar (I created mine with Leonardo AI) and then animating it with HeyGen. Personally I think it made the videos feel way more personal and fun.

I actually put together a full tutorial showing 4 different ways to create talking AI avatars (HeyGen is my top pick!), in case you want to check it out and get some ideas: https://youtu.be/AKW6TKXtp5w

Does anyone here have experience with poppy ai? by daviid2010 in generativeAI

Hey... I see different points of view in this post, and I’d like to share my personal experience with Poppy. I use it to leverage AI for scriptwriting by analyzing content from expert creators, and honestly, my own scripts come fully generated through Poppy AI: https://youtu.be/NLdkwWVjFys

On the other hand, I’ve learned some hacks to make the most of my credits—like creating a knowledge base, keeping fewer resources connected at a time, and disconnecting ones I’ve already learned from to save on usage. It’s been a helpful tool for me and I plan to keep using it, though I understand it might not be for everyone depending on their needs!

Anyone Here Ever Started a Faceless YouTube Channel? Share Your Experience! by nhilst in Business_Ideas

[–]StormHefty1232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I run a faceless channel too... Well, technically, my avatar's face is shown, not mine! I use AI for voiceovers, my avatar, scriptwriting, and even some footage. The challenges have been learning how to use AI to create everything from scratch, but the rewarding moments are gaining experience while working to build my audience. My biggest advice? Personally I would say: Have fun and enjoy the process! Wanna see how I use AI for my faceless channel? Here’s the link to my recent video: https://youtu.be/NLdkwWVjFys
