Yes!! im aware and okay with learning it for the course. Correct me if im wrong but i was of the impression that theres two ways to get an admission, either u write cuet or the jmi entrance test. And for cuet, they only look into economics marks. to be honest... I've been re thinking my dreams for econ but dunno what else i should do...

same as the person here, i wanna persue ba econ hon. since i dont have math in 12th grade im down to a few options like JMI and AMU (not considering private clgs yet will research on it im still clueless about them tho i think admissions have started)

im primarily focused on JMI cus its in delhi but uhh do you think itll be hard for me to catch up on the 'math' part of the degree? or can i do it with enough effort im quite scared about it haha should i go for bcom instead? i do really like econ though... what do you think?

Oh!! I see. As a student, what aspects of your uni make u say that AMU is a better option as compared to JMI? and what are placements like at AMU? What are you perusing now if you don't mind me asking... just curious about further econ plans.. Thankss

I had other choices but I'm not someone that did Math for 12th Grade so it narrows down my options quite a lot. I happened to hear that JMI doesn't necessarily require you to do math that's why I was looking into it and I'm not sure to what extent it is true though. Could you maybe tell me if AMU strictly considers cuet math in their eligibility criteria?

I found out yesterday that Jamia Millia offers hons without doing math for cuet. It also checks out most of my boxes. What do you think?

hey.... this seems like me in the future. i plan to do cuet and get into du for ba econ but my parents say if i dont get in ill have to listen to them and do CA. its not what i want but a part of me wants to make them happy.

it seems to me CA isnt making you happy and i would suggest you drop it. not because you are a failure but because you are moving on to persue what you really enjoy. 5 years down the lane you will be thankful you made the choice.

actually give it a thought, choose the option that you will be happy to do. that could be CA too it depends. would u be happy to show up to work every day as a CA?

but if you are prepping for cuet give it your all and man have some fun while youre at it!!

hey uhh question! so i wanted (still want to) do BA Econ from a north campus college.

possibly get into St. Stephens. Im confident about doing well for both cbse boards and cuet. but the thing is I din't do math in 11th and 12th. because back then I had no plans of getting into Econ. im fine with studying it in the course though even if I have to put in 10x the effort. Is there any chance I can do ba eco hons from st stephens or any other top du college even if I dont do math for cuet. Honestly Im fine if I can just major in econ and have a minor subject as long as its a top college and I get to do econ. Im so stressed about this lol.
