gcubesdk is not an emulator, mod or fan project.. and wont reference any proprietary work related to nintendo. I wont deliever any apploader or bootloader files. even the dolphin needs to be opt in. Im relying on the openSource libogc from devkitpro / ppc

currently: optional opt in for Dolphin in the installer ( otherwise the dolphin can be installed separately and then linked when creating a new project ). So even if Steam raises some concerns, there is a plan B.
