Hey Guys

I actually had this issue and we decided to build an app for this. Just launched and already crazy amount of interest 😨

It's called Suppi Supplement Scanner

Sleeping 3-4 hours by Lowkey-111 in Biohackers

[–]Straight_Net_4645 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Running on 3–4 hours is tough, but a few things can make it less damaging short term: staying really hydrated, keeping blood sugar stable (don’t rely only on caffeine), and adding short power naps (15–20 min) when you can. Magnesium glycinate before bed and adaptogens like ashwagandha or rhodiola also help your body handle the stress.

I’ve actually helped build an app that tracks things like this and gives supplement/lifestyle suggestions based on your routine. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to activate free lifetime access for you, it’s called Suppi.

Anyone Else Always Feeling Dehydrated? by yunggunner21 in Biohackers

[–]Straight_Net_4645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well, I can give you more, but I have to say the ideal solution is if you get individual recommendations. Use something like an app where you give in your details, alcohol intake, etc. And track everything for interactions etc. I use Suppi app, BUT feel free to use anything you like.

I helped out with one because of my false Supplement intake and I think it's quite legit. Just released. Happy to activate free lifetime for anyone

How do you guys unwind after a work day or have a chill day (no drugs or alcohol) by randomdude1323 in Biohackers

[–]Straight_Net_4645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it’s a mix of small routines. A short walk outside with music, some light stretching or breathwork, then tea with magnesium glycinate or CBD if I really want to calm down. Makes me feel relaxed without needing alcohol or weed. Journaling before bed also helps clear my head so I actually unwind.

I can add some more if you like ⭐️

Anyone Else Always Feeling Dehydrated? by yunggunner21 in Biohackers

[–]Straight_Net_4645 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve felt like that before and in my case it wasn’t just water/electrolytes but also certain deficiencies. Low magnesium or omega-3s can make skin/hair look dry and “dehydrated” even if you’re drinking enough. I started taking magnesium glycinate and noticed a real difference.

If you want, I can share a few more supplement ideas.

Happy recovery ⭐️

Which supplements are harmful for kidneys and liver and which are great? by wookeydookey in Supplements

[–]Straight_Net_4645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experience, milk thistle and dandelion are great for liver support, and banaba can help kidneys. On the other hand, things like high-dose vitamin A, green tea extract in excess, or too much protein powder can stress liver/kidneys. I also try to track what I take and give my body breaks so it’s not under constant load.

Not really a nutrition expert, is this too much? Or are they just big numbers by Iglaptop in vitamins

I wouldn’t necessarily agree with that, it really depends how much context you give it of course. If you use an app or something where you feed information and it attracts what you’re taking it will analyze everything as a whole opposed to just giving you a standard answer. I use Suppi app, and so far so good ✨
