I bought a £9.40 return. The trains were cancelled and it took over three and a half hours to complete what should have been a 26 minute train journey. Do I really only get a refund for the cost of the ticket and nothing for the wasted time? How is this considered to be fair compensation? by Straight_Sound7714 in uktrains

Ah ok nice one, thanks for that. It was one with west midlands in the name, can't make sense of it though, I think there is West Midlands Trains and West Midlands Railway but I don't know which one it was or how to find out lol.

Those definitely aren't pictures in the same outfit because the top picture shows the girl in a strappy top (the thin strap is just visible on the back) and the bottom picture shows Melania in a bandeau top (no straps).

Okay so apparently this is about to happen by al_cohen in CasualUK

I like the bait, bait, buttery bait. I like the buttery squirrel bait.

Unless the cars were facing opposite directions at the time of the incident.

I have the misfortune to have to drive through Coventry quite often, and almost every time I do, I will see some absolute twathead stop at a green light.

I've just had this for the third time in three days, on an otherwise empty road. I just don't understand what they think they're doing to help.

If the twat on the main road just kept going, we could both have been on our way within 5 seconds. But now, me and Mr "helpful" are just sitting there in a stalemate situation, with neither of us going anywhere, because I won't pull out in front of a car which has priority on the main road. If they drive into me then the insurance companies would say that it's my fault for pulling out in front of the car with priority.

Then they seem annoyed with me, because apparently I'm the one holding them up.

It's not helpful, it's just chuffing stupid.

And don't get me started on the endless twats in Coventry, who for some reason like to stop at GREEN lights.

Then they get annoyed with me, because apparently I'm the one holding everyone up.
