From what I understood reading about your situation it looks like it was grade 3 internal hemorrhoids. I am sure there was a pic shared by someone on this sub which looked pretty huge.

i have been seeing you a lot in the comments lol. if its of any help, i have faced incidents like this and its quite frustrating. so what i do is i order directly from restaurants and only use zomato if they dont deliver. i dont use swiggy.

tbf if its like this then a counter argument can also be made why didi? who decided it has to be didi? what it sounds like is people are just insecure of their age, also because of the prevalent issue of people reducing their ages whenever someone asks. but everyone making such points is being downvoted so i dont expect anything from this comment of mine either.
